My husband and I have been buying delicious pies at Savary Island Pie Co. in Ambleside for a couple of years now - the fruity pies and the savoury pies like chicken pot pie are always unreal! But today I was at the Municipal Hall in WV for a meeting and discovered their new lobby cafe and just WOW, so delightful and inviting! They have freshly baked hand pies and cookies which were all so tasty and beautiful, and my cappuccino was very proper, made from locally roasted single origin beans that were hand-harvested in Peru.
