There shouldn't even be a rating of stars for this place because it's terrible. Went with my family and mom and the boy was so excited to eat breakfast as I had to work in the morning. Drove there and was seated. We made an order for all three of us and shortly after making the order we ordered an order of French toast to share. That arrived quickly. However, we arrived at 1:06 pm and by the time it was 1:30 we were wondering where our food was. Our waitress came on two seperate occasions telling us that the food was on its way. By the time it was 1:40 I asked our waitress when our food was going to be ready as it was taking so long and she said she would go and check. We sat right by the kitchen and heard her and be kitchen staff talking saying "well I rang in the order" back and forth. She came back and told us that the cooks didn't get the order so would we like to wait for them to quickly get it cooked and served to us. Like really? Thats what yore going to say. She then said ok I will be right back and see what we can do. She came back and said I'm sorry we won't charge you for the French toast and drinks. Yeah god damn right you shouldnt charge us for anything. She was quick with her word too. She said I'm sorry and quickly walk away. She clearly had no idea nor care for us. She came back on two seperate occasions remember telling us our food was on the way. Did it not click in her mind that something was taking too long with our order already? Best part was that I believe the owner and some of their friends or family was sitting straight ahead of us by the bar and seen what was happening and saw us storm out angry and didn't even acknowledge us or anything. Poor management. By far actually the worst management ever. I don't even think this place is run by a manager. In turn, they completely ruined my family's day today. We didn't even go anywhere else to eat. We just went straight home because we lost our appetite. Worst service ever. Terrible customer retention as I can see from the comments below. To end it, the waitress we had was completely terrible. She did not give a flying ** about is. Her level of being a server is below an amateur or entry level waiter/waitress. As a business, you have to always recognize why you have the ‘delivery’ option. You have a market segment that very likely does not have the luxury of coming to dine in-person. When we order take out, it’s not because we are stupid or inept, to the point where we cannot identify shabby work.
If you served me this in-house, you most definitely would’ve redone the whole order.
I ordered the Big Brunch Platter breakfast through Uber eats today.
Now, the major reason I ordered this selection was because of the chicken tenders that was listed on the menu.
First of all, my order came without chicken tenders; the one thing I looked forward to. If you had omitted the sausages or the bacon, maybe I wouldn’t be here. But you have a RESPONSIBILITY to fulfill what is listed in your menu with little to no mistakes.
Second, I do not want runny eggs, I never do. Hence, I chose the scrambled egg option. Why did my order come with three over easy eggs?
Third, my chunky hash browns looked like they were scraped off another order, because there were little bits of scrambled eggs inside, with what looked like chopped tomatoes and onions?
Then the ‘over easy’ eggs ran all over my hash browns, bacons and sausages.
Fourth, the waffles were so rubbery? Like is this a joke?

My mother happens to have two peculiar allergies, and instead of working with her to provide an awesome meal, she was served a rather lackluster salad that barely had anything to it - there was no confirmation from the kitchen that they could provide her with something that would work for her soy and sulphide allergy.
My meat lover's brekkie bowl showed signs of having sat on the hot plate for way too long, with soggy and lukewarm hashbrowns, meat that was lukewarm, and worst of all, the toast with it was so cold that the butter hadn't properly melted across half of the slices!
