Came to Whistler and was feeling asian food tonight. The back kitchen consisted of mostly asian cooks, the front were caucasion. When my husbandâs food arrived and I came up to pick up the food, there was this sour face look on this caucasion lady with blonde hair, I think (aged 25-40) who looked like she hated her job miserably. No lie! I asked her for cutleries, and she looked at the cutlery and then looked at me and showed me the cutlery and rolled her eyes. It was like âyes ur getting one you idiotâ look. Food was 4/5. There was a cook I believe that helped my husband explain things better from the pics he saw on google. Customer service was zero at front desk. This is TAKE OUT. For someone to be so snarkly to bring out TAKE OUT that your not serving yourself is beyond me! Will try out more restos this long weekend, but will not come back here if I see her again!!!

We saw them calling the names of people who ordered after us, so we stood in line to check the status of our food. After having to wait in line for a while, the guy got mad at us for not going to the window to ask for our food and instead waiting in line! The only one who should be mad is me, where they have no instructions on how to pick up order or when it is ready. Then got our food and starting eating my fried rice and realized it's crunchy. I took a closer look and saw their rice is not even cooked! It's just wet and the chicken in it is cold!! I've never been served an uncookee rice in a restaurant in my life! Their level of food quality is lowest of low! My family couldn't even believe they served us raw rice. What a shame they are allowed to do whatever they want and put people's health at risk. They tried to redeliver second time around and NOTHING arrived! 3 hours later the owner said the second time food was delivered to the wrong address, but since the wrong address accepted it and ate it, there was nothing he could do. WHAT?? All he had to do was to remake the food and deliver it to the right address to make it right. Instead he was rude and condescending and refused to take ownership of the fact that I never received my food. He blames DoorDash as a 3rd party but the Doordash driver was never given the right food by the store itself. He also claims the wrong address was given to him but I gave the CORRECT address.
