Wendy's — Restaurant in Whitby

The wonderful woman who is seasoned and has been your employee for several years...I remember her being there since I was in high school. I want to say she should be treated as one of your most valuable employees, I have seen this poor woman deal with some real unsavoury management and she is still there. This woman is one of my heroes, she just doesn't give up and I give her an everlasting standing ovation from the bottom of my heart.

She may seem annoyed sometimes but please people, understand it's not her, she is worked like a dog and seemingly does more than half the staff there...she is an incredibly valuable asset to your team.

I don't know her from Moses other than in passing and my brief interactions during orders where she keeps herself professional...I've maybe over heard this lady complain a time or two, but never have I see such a dedicated, and hardworking individual.

This lady deserves a mural, a plaque, or something to show your gratitude for her service.

Also, the young lady who was line cook tonight, she makes a knee slapping burger and deserves recognition for that 100%...also a professional individual. Girl whatever you do different, you put together a gooood burger, the flavors are all perfect. Perfect sauce quantity, the patty actually was savory and just overall incredible experience....

Worst experience ever let them know about a good restriction and they did the opposite and put extra of that item. First mess up I get it. Things happen. Then I went in to let them know they could have killed somebody and they offered to replace it. Guess what they messed up the second one too. This place is poorly managed and is full of cross contamination. This place one day is going to kill somebody. I would stay far away and just get food next door. I then asked for corporate or head office numbers and they didn’t have it apparently and then I asked for the store number and branch number and they also didn’t know that. Employee name Jen, is very rude and doesnt know how to talk with customers. No work ethics at all. She takes the wrong order everytime. All the staff is very unprofessional and serves bad food. Better not to eat from this location. Happened twice at this location. I ordered from drive thru, she made the wrong order then went inside, and asked politely to make a new sandwich and rudely throws in garbage and shouts on coworker to make a new sandwich for this guy. All the customers waiting there said to Jen that your attitude is not good. Guys my advice dont waste...
