To the two girls working at 730pm today. My cousin got the brown sugar milk tea and it was way to sweet and had to much brown sugar “it’s her regular order but she knew it was off” and it made her feel sick, when she went to ask them about it or for a refund/ new drink very politely they started whispering to each other about her and just told her to shake it more but we did many times before, she went to order a new drink they were so short with her and didn’t help what so ever, we never got a new drink and we threw it out even though it was $8. I’m 12 years old and I even know the way they were acting was rude and not like proper workers, we both are extremely disappointed and upset that we spent $17 for both are drinks to end up disappointing...

I've been to a lot of bubble tea places, and I usually get milk tea with pearls, so I feel like I have a pretty consistent baseline of comparisons.

That said, their milk tea with the special cheese cream is my absolute favorite drink I've had at any bubble tea establishment. It sounds weird, but it's like a very light tasting but creamy cheesecake flavor.

The pearls so far haven't knocked my socks off, but they haven't been the worst either.
