Very disappointing experience .. would give 0 stars if there was the option to.

I bought from their food cart yesterday with friends and it was super disappointing. Waited 45 mins for 2 loaded hotdogs that were underwhelming, overpriced, and served cold! I wonder what was taking so long, if the food was not even freshly cooked. There was nothing loaded about their ‘loaded’ hot dog. There were also not that many people ahead of us .. not like they had a lot of orders to catch up on during the time we ordered.

The other people I came with ordered kwek-kwek and fishball. Again, the inside was cold! Had to ask the guy cooking if he could make our order already because we were already waiting so long. We were being patient, as we believe it was their first food cart event of the season, but the super long wait, cold food, and overpriced food is unacceptable. The least they could do was make sure that the food they served was freshly cooked. We tipped too when we ordered, because we didnt expect that we would receive that type of service. Wish we could go back and opt to not leave a tip .. or better yet, choose a different place to eat.

Another person there also told me that their sago was too sweet, and barely had any sago + jelly. Just tasted like pure sugar water and unenjoyable. Seems like we were not the only people unsatisfied yesterday ..

Was really looking to supporting local but I will not be back. I was not surprised when I saw the rest of the reviews too .. seems like these issues have been going on for a while and have yet to be addressed.

I came here during the grand opening and they were very disorganized. Orders kept getting mixed up and people were always short something. I tried again another weekend when it was slower the old man cooking kept mixing everything up again. They had to get me another skewer and then the ones that were on the grill ended up being burnt which is what happened the first time I came too. They charge way too much for their skewers. my review is only for the bbq last june 12. They advertised the food too much that they couldnt handle the pressure of the customers. and they are selling bbq thats being cooked in a small bbq grill.
