Went there just today and was very unsatisfied with the quality. I used to live in Calgary and having a beavertail from there is such an experience! Compared to what i had today, it was not a beavertail. Though it’s different to compare it to one of the original locations, i remember when this location first opened the tails were smaller and still had that crispy quality and fluff. The experience was just okay. However, I noticed that the staff could benefit from some additional training in food handling. Specifically, they were serving the ice cream cones by holding them with their bare hands, and the tissue wasn’t properly wrapped around the cone.
