This was my first time going and I can say it was not the best experience. My food- the chicken Alfredo ravioli was delicious but the portions are a tad small and the whole overall experience was not good. Yes it was busy but we waited over 23 minutes fir our water and drinks, I actually had to go and ask for it from another server. I had my 3.5 old daughter with me and out food took almost 40 minutes. She kept saying how hungry she was. We only got our starters 5 minutes before our main. I had asked another server (since ours barely came around) if anything could she please see how long it was for my daughters chicken fingers she's really hungry. Our server was very overwhelmed and not fully paying attention. She admitted she zoned out and wanted to cry (which I felt bad for, but we suffered because of it). She did not get our orders right and after asking us many questions she still didn't seem to get it. When our food finally came nothing was given to the right person and two other dishes were brought to our table we didn't order (one which ended up on my bill). My dinner tasted really great except my daughter still didn't have her kids chicken fingers and fries because they brought out a lasagna we never ordered. So I think they had to rush to make her chicken fingers even though I had already asked about them previously. So her fries were undercooked and the honey dill tasted off. I didn't want to complain but I did ask about 3 times about my daughters food in particular cause she kept saying how hungry she was. So towards the end a manager came around and apologized for the long wait for the kids meal and said she'd cover it. Ok that was great considering my daughter barely touched it. If it wasn't for having my daughter I would have been a bit more understanding. I get when a restaurant is busy but 25 minutes for drinks, 40 minutes for our starter, and dirty cutlery do not make for a happy experience. Not to mention our server being very off on our order and our bill and just seeming lost the whole time. I walked away paying $100 still for 3 meals and 2 drinks. My bill had to be adjusted because I was being charged even more than that fir things I didn't order. Too much for a not good experience in my eyes. So maybe avoid if this place is super busy.

The place and atmosphere were really nice. It's a spot where you can truly relax, enjoy your meal, and have a conversation without feeling rushed. The ceiling dĂ©cor adds a touch of character and makes for a good conversation starter. I liked it. The service was great; our server knew the menu well, which really helped us on ordering. We ordered the baby back ribs with marinara, and the taste was just okay ,the ribs a bit dry--it could be better I guess. As for the seafood fettuccine Alfredo, was just fine-- I found the sauce a bit bland for my taste, so I asked for salt and extra parmesan. No complaints, just personal preference. The portions were generous. Both of our dishes came with a choice of salad or soup, bread, ice cream, and coffee or tea. The bread was amazing—fresh, warm, and comforting. The spumoni ice cream was a highlight with its colorful layers and flavors, a great way to end the meal. The home-blend coffee was a nice touch too. They served the ice cream and coffee at the same time ( was joking a friend that I wasn't sure if I should mix them like an affogato ), but it was definitely a hit. However, when time to get the bill, we had to wait a bit longer than expected. But the pricing was fair. What makes it memorable for me is not just about the food, but the overall dining experience. It’s the kind of place where the atmosphere invites meaningful conversations and leisurely moments. The relaxed vibe, combined with the warm ambiance, makes it feel like a home away from home. The staff contribute to this welcoming environment with their friendly smiles and positive energy, which add an extra layer of comfort to the meal. It’s not just about what’s on the plate; it’s about the entire experience of enjoying good food in a space where everything feels easygoing and unhurried. It’s the perfect place to unwind and simply enjoy the company you’re with.

I am so disappointed in our visit on Friday January 24th. I made a reservation for 11 people for a birthday dinner. We were seated by the kitchen which was horrible but I don't fault anybody for that. Just crazy busy, lots of traffic and super loud in that spot. I just know not to be seated over there again. Our waiter was very friendly and we appreciated him but we sat there for 40 minutes before we even got bread. We asked for bread three times and then was told it was cooking and would be ready soon. Once we were finally able to order drinks (which was much longer than it should have been), our drinks came and he brought an extra caesar. We had not ordered that extra Caesar but we kept it anyway and I paid for it. Then when our appetizers came, we had an extra order of muscles which we did not order but didn't realize until after the fact because I assumed my daughter had ordered them but she did not. We did end up eating them because we didn't realize the mistake until she said she didn't order them when I said that she was paying for them but thankfully they took it off the bill. It took forever to put an order in for food but our food came eventually once we were able to order and all but my meal came. I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for my meal thinking maybe it just was taking longer and then once I asked about it the waiter went and grabbed it and said oh they just forgot about it. It was not even hot when I received it but I still ate it. Dishes were not cleared off of our table and I kept having to grab dishes and ask the waiter or random staff if they could take it away. By the time we left at the end of the night, not one drink cup or beer bottle was removed from the table still. I even took a picture. My daughter-in-law's food came with a piece of metal in her dish and that was a horrible event because she was then turned off her meal and didn't get to eat, and thankfully did not have an injury due to that. The manager did comp her meal which was great but I just don't understand how something like that happens. My daughter's french onion soup had a big piece of onion peel in it but we didn't complain about that she just took it out and pushed her soup to the side. My daughter's soup looked 10 times better than my son's French onion soup. Not sure how they can be so different. The whole experience was horrible and we left with an extremely disappointed feeling. We come to the Spaghetti Factory a lot for random dinners and many events and were so extremely disappointed this particular evening. It is unfortunate when things like this happen because it is not cheap to eat out anymore can we look forward to a good meal and good service especially going here. It is usually great but unfortunately...

I had dinner with my wife and daughter on Family Day. The restaurant was at about Ÿ of its capacity. So business was steady, but not unmanageable by any stretch of the imagination. The waitress was pleasant and took our orders, three spaghetti entrees. I asked her if the kitchen was backed up. She said orders had been slightly delayed and it would probably take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to have our entrees served. So I decided to order an appetizer of BBQ wings while waiting for the main course. She said she would try to bring out my wings at the same time as the beginner Caesar salads. About 10 minutes later, she delivers the salads but no wings. Fifteen minutes later, I noticed another server go by our table and deliver what looked like to be an appetizer of BBQ wings to the table behind us. Five minutes later, our server comes by to pick up the salad dishes, at which time I ask her how the wings are coming along. She says ‘Oh, you mean my colleague never brought you out the wings’. She asked if I still wanted the wings, to which I replied ‘yes’. A few minutes later, she delivers the wings, albeit the wrong flavour; they were honey garlic. So I brought it to her attention, and she apologized and offered to have the proper appetizer made pronto. But I asked her how much longer the entrees would be, to which she replied that they would be coming to the table in a few minutes. So I refused the wings since the point of ordering them in the first place was to have something to snack on while waiting for the main course. The entrees were tasty, but not piping hot, as a meal should be. We never complained because we really didn’t want to wait any longer for a meal that had already been delayed. And to add insult to injury, the restaurant didn’t have our favourite ice cream, spumoni. Since the restaurant wasn’t completely full and there appeared to be a full complement of serving personnel, my sense is the staffing issues are in the kitchen. This is the first time I have been here since the Covid outbreak. I dare say I won’t be returning to this restaurant...
