Came in with a 6-item order: 2 Oreo blizzards, 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards, a blizzard of the month and a strawberry shake. It was super busy when we got there and there was a long lineup both inside and in the drivethrough, so I was expecting a wait. After placing my order, I waited for twenty minutes. Everyone in the drivethrough was served, as well as a half dozen people that came in line after me. Finally I went up to the counter to discover that not only had they not even started my order, they had cleared it as having been completed and were never planning to make it. When they did finally start making it, only one staff made the order and another four stood in the kitchen chatting. I understand that it's getting nice out again, so things will be busier than usual, and that lots of staff are new, but this was ridiculous and very frustrating. We were offered an apology that seemed more embarrassed than apologetic, but no staff seemed to take credit for the mistake, and clearly nobody was interested in...

I recently visited Dairy Queen, and it was an exceptional experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a treat.

I ordered the classic Blizzard, and it did not disappoint. The ice cream was creamy and delicious, with plenty of mix-ins that were evenly distributed throughout. It’s clear that Dairy Queen uses high-quality ingredients.

Went through drive through October 18. The shorter skinnier punjabi lady working the drive through in evening made it very difficult to order and was giving very bad attitude to me for no reason. I repeat my self many times calmy but she was not able to understand. I went to the window and had her explain what was ordered to make sure there was no confusion and still she give bad attitude. She was giving very hostile atmospher to me and my friend making us uncomfortable to order here again. To that lady. Please check your attitude. You had no reason to make my friend and I feel that uncomfortable to order icecream. Very weird lady.
