Pizza Hotline — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Ordered a pizza and it was under cooked. The dough was completely mush. I called to explain the situation and it was a back and fourth. Send us a email with pictures then call us back. I sent email and called back to the person on the other end saying oh what do you want us to do about it..??? "Umm well I am hoping to have the pizza replaced cause it isn't cooked." The woman on the phone replies with okay I have to call you back cause I have to call the store first and lodge a complaint with them. How long would you like me to wait for this pizza to be replaced I said it has already been an hour with back and fourth. Finally I just hung up, 3 minutes later my phone rings to a guy saying they are placing the order to replace my uncooked pizza and that it could be picked up in 15 minutes... If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give this place. I placed an order for a party the day before like they had said and when I went to pick it up they said there was no order so I showed my receipt and had to wait for the order to be fulfilled and on top of that they got it wrong. When I called the number and let them know what happened they only were offering to have me pick up The missing item or to have the missing item added to my next order. After this experience I don’t think I would want to go back here. One of you drivers was kind enough to cut me off last night and almost drive into the side of my vehicle, super impressed! I really appreciate having to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision because your employee was in to big of a rush to be in his proper lane and decided to cut across 2 lanes to make a turn. Good to know that the safety of other people on the road comes 2nd to making sure your subpar trash pizza gets delivered. I will never spend another dime on this business again because of this drivers careless and dangerous actions.
