KFC — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Wow KFC has gone downhill…. So I go on a Tuesday afternoon not busy, a newbie caucasian worker with a new sign on his shirt is having a conversation with a older woman customer or relative on the side after..so he attends to me after like almost a minute meanwhile the older lady wouldn’t stop staring…..I order and pay and he gives me the receipt okay …so he GOES back to the lady and carries on the conversation he’s like going on and on about Ukraine…. After 5/6 mins Im like dude I have work after, is anyone gonna give me my food or what? He goes to the back and calls his asian coworker she’s puzzled and comes to prepare the order …. And after there relationship with taco-bell fell apart they don’t got hot sauce….. how can you be a fast fried chicken place and not have hot sauce? I can’t eat bland chicken…. And when I got home the damn chicken and popcorn chicken are all under cooked I was so pissed i threw everything out.. just sharing my experience here, go up the street and spend the extra few dollars and ...

As per nationwide KFC advertisement, 2 for 10 meal with 4 piece chicken, 2 popcorn chicken and 2 fried for $10.00. The staff here didn’t know anything about their own company’s promotions. Cashier tries to make herself feel better by saying she will give to us today because that’s not what’s on her coupon. Like pls educate your staff before trying to make up stuff because you’re not aware of your promotions. Then the manager can’t offer us the deal because she doesn’t have enough chicken to complete two orders. LOL I know it’s a fast food restaurant but this place is a joke. Not the first time something with kfc nationwide promotional event that they have no clue about. They even told us it’s limited to one per customer. Ended up going to the inkster and Mcphillips location and got my orders as I should by going in and out.. To anyone that goes here and they say they can’t do it. Please call the inkster and Mcphillips location or go there...

I placed an order today through skip the dishes and an item (poutine) was missing. I tried to ask for a refund for the poutine but the only option was to refund me $2 for upsizing my fries to a poutine (when I didn't fries with my order either). So I had to speak to support team whom I tried to ask for a refund for my 2pc meal since they messed up my order out of my $60.00 order. Horrible service! On top of that my portions were small (the "big crunch" sandwiches were poorly put together and the size of the chicken meat inside were super tiny. If I can upload pics of it I would . I order hot wings as well that were very dry and seemed old . My ordered was not brought in a thermo bag so everything was cold!. I have ordered from different KFC locations and so far the few times that I've ordered from here I've had bad service and poor...
