Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

On very few occasions we received a order that was prepared by Riel (I think that is his name ).Outstanding best pizza ever. He is the only reason I am giving this two stars and not the required minimum one.

To start, Domino’s typically is good pizza for what you pay. It is by no means a premium pizzeria but neither are their prices.

The toppings were so poorly laid out one piece had 7 pieces of pepperoni and one slice had absolutely none! The same applies to the mushrooms. The pizza slices were cut all different sizes.

The Parmesan bites had very little Parmesan and what little there was all fell off because they had no butter on what seems to be pizza crust cut into bite sizes.

I called the manager who seemed more concerned that I was inconveniencing him with my call but assured me it would not happen again.

Although we were offered a replacement order I declined to accept it as all we wanted was some consistency on our orders.

The next day, (we used to order twice a week) we placed a order again.

Well....... It was the exact same poorly made food with the exact same issues.

At this point I knew my call fell on deaf ears.

I then contacted Dominos head office with my issues.

This part will blow you away!

They told me I should contact the location manager and not them which I clearly explained we had. This is the same manager that could care less.

They again offered a free pizza which again I declined and explained, we do not want anything free. We just wanted consistency on our food orders.

That was it! No follow up from the store manager, owner or head office.

It seems they don’t care about their products or customers to take the time to actually fix their problems or even address them.

Again I would like to point out we did not want or accept anything offered for free. I took my valuable time to help point out very obvious issues to help improve their business which apparently they don’t care about.

It is very unfortunate that this location went down hill so quickly. It used to be a great place with great food!

That’s a funny response because we already did that, sent pics and yet your customer care, really didn’t care.

I’m sorry but I have to change my two star rating to one based on I don’t think the responder even read the review or understood...

Terrible experience. Typically ordering from Dominos is hit or miss. It greatly depends on who cooks it, but this was my first time ordering from this particular location and I will never do it again. First they gave me the wrong price over the phone and refused to honor it when we arrived. If you are prepared to lose a customer over $2 then so be it. After much argument, they reluctantly discounted and it was appreciated. Second I asked for extra sauce and they forgot it. I insisted that I at least get the marinara sauce on the side and they looked as if they were going to charge me for it. Then they reluctantly gave me the sauce. Arguing over such small things can be detrimental to a business especially when it brings millions in revenue.

When I arrived home and opened the box, I realized there was no sauce anyways. The pizza had very little toppings and didn't even go to the crust. Overall very very cheap staff and owners. LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS! At this rate, you will go out of business and it would be well deserved. I would personally like to see another decent owner have a shot at...

Today was a step down from normal. May have been a bit busyer than normal, so maybe there was a bit of a miss communication.

Called in when I arrived for my pickup as per the requirement, but they seemed to have forgot I was waiting outside.

I arrived after the app said it was ready ( live 3 blocks away ) and could see 2 medium pizzas on the shelf and was told on the phone they would bring it out when ready.

10 minutes later another customer arrived and called (as I did) and was waiting as well, but he became impatient and opened the door and asked where his pizza was a couple minutes after he called. They brought his out promptly after that. They asked why I was there and said who I was. I told them I called 10+ minutes ago and he when back in. He picked up the 2 pizzas I saw sitting the whole time on the shelf and brought them out and said I needed to call next time. I stated I did call and he didn't say anything other than, "well here is your pizza".
