Joe's Pandora Inn — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I am a regular at the karaoke night or at least I was. Wont be any more due to the fact that as a patron asking for a new Pepsi (I am the DD) and we had already been there for a few hours. The waitress come to the table three times bringing others alcoholic drinks but continued to ignore my request for another Pepsi. I might add that they continue to charge DD's for their non alcoholic drinks all night long if they choice to drink more than one glass. That isn't right as restaurants don't charge for pop refills.
