Updated: Original: The Skip delivery driver was prompt and courteous - the KFC was still warm/hot - but all the food was tasteless - 'new' fries were just like everyone else's... but no salt (the fries used to be really good), chicken wasn't crisp and tasty, just greasy and slimy... the gravy seemed watered down and tasteless. Overall, the poorest KFC experience yet.
Update: the store contacted me due to the same wording as above being put on the KFC website. When they did, they said 'they would refund through Skip', called back a week later they said 'give it a few more days then come in'. Went in they said, 'we can't do anything YOU have to do it through Skip'. Pushed to discuss it with a manager and after 30 minutes they finally got one on the phone who said 'their staff, who contacted me was wrong, nothing they could do.' Contacted Skip the Dishes who said, they can't so anything as it is past 48 hours - so note, always report issues through Skip right away.
From there, due to the issues from the store, contacted KFC head office. They created a ticker and indicated someone would contact me. Over a couple of months, called for updates - being told, 'we will escalate it' and still nothing.
Overall, dropped the rating to 1 to account for the poor food and extremely poor service.

If your like me and you only eat KFC/Taco Bell when you are drunk or hung over from the night before you tend to get there bright and early. A few months ago I woke up with a pounding headache and blood coming out my nose for some strange reason. I glanced at the clock and realized it was 10:15 and I was only 15 minutes away from a dirty fries supreme. I arrived at the stroke of ten thirty and the door was locked. I looked inside and made eye contact with at least 5 employees. Rather then let me in they continued to talk and laugh amongst themselves. It was not until 10:37 that someone came to the door to let me in. Rather then offer me an apology the man who opened the door gave me an arrogant smile and a generic greeting. WORST KFC EVER. Read moreThere was a gentleman in front of me who asked if he could get sour cream and the staff member told him that's an extra charge. Well hang on here if what he ordered was an item you usually put sour cream on then why wasnt it just given to him? Or even better yet give it to him with the explanation that he should ask for it when he orders so that next time he gets it with his meal. Thus money in till at time of order!!! Secondly OMG the inside of this KFC looked like a children's paint a store! Seriously the tables were painted with a paint that left the tables feeling sticky, the chairs looked like they were an attempt at being painted! This KFC is in serious need of a make over inside and out. With a professional doing the work not some regular Joe attempting to try to do it.
