Ordered 2 pizzas was told it would be 6 to 7 minutes. Waited in car and went back in at about the 8 minute mark. Was told 3 more minutes. So back to the car to wait, back into store after about 5 minutes. They told us 1 more minute. So waited again. We could see the counter from the car so sat and waited about 10 minutes and still did not see our order. By this we're about 25 minutes in. Finally someone came out to the car and asked us what name the order was under. We told her, she went back in the store and came out a few minutes later and said that it showed as the pizzas had been scanned as picked up. Then sha asked us to wait a sec while she checked something. After 6 or 7 minutes she did not reappear so I went into the store. They told me it would be 6 or 7 minutes that they had made new pizzas and they were just going in the oven. As we already waited about 45 minutes I asked for my money back. I had to wait while she found someone that could do that. So as you can tell it was not a great experience and we will never go back. They could have offered us an apology or even a drink while we were waiting but nothing. Poor service that was made worse by making mistake after...
Read moreI've ordered pizza there quite a few times. I've received the wrong order way too many times. Usually I check while I'm at the store now but sometimes in a rush I just leave without thinking to check. Friday I ordered for pickup out of the portal and rushed home because I had to be somewhere. Got home and the kids said the pizza was the wrong one. I called Little Caesars and she blamed me saying I took the wrong pizza. How can I take the wrong pizza when it's in the portal and it's only my order in there. They told me to bring it back and then I had to wait for the correct one while the rest of the food got cold. I asked if anything could be done or get a discount and the front counter person gave me tons of attitude. It's a huge inconvenience to go home and come back and get the right pizza when everybody is hungry and waiting. This happens way too often at this store and I will no longer be going there. There is no more customer service. If I order a certain type of pizza that is the type of pizza I want and that I am paying for and I don't need attitude saying I took the...
Read moreAlmost walked out as well. The man who came to the counter looked disappointed to have a customer. When I asked what was inside the small take out box in the warmer, he POINTED to a sign on the counter, which was a picture of a cinnamon bun dessert. Looking at me as though I should have known...(not everyone is from the city, has tried Little Caesars and knows their menu). I proceed to ask if they sell by the slice, he shakes his head at me...Getting no where in my attempt to find something suitable I ask if there is anything ready to go, again pointing to a sign with the hot and ready deal. I like the pizza, I like the company and will eat there again when I go through the city. Just never again at this location. I am not entitled to good service, but I do expect it in the service industry. Maybe it is my small town values that ask the question, "where do I have to go to get...
