I visited the store to order a 20-piece chicken bucket for my family. When I placed my order with the cashier (who did not have a name tag), I specifically requested that the chicken be freshly prepared, as my previous order from this location was not fresh and had been very dry. The cashier then consulted a staff member, who identified himself as the store manager.
The manager informed me that the chicken had been cooked an hour prior and refused my request for fresh chicken. When I expressed my intent to escalate my concern to KFC’s head office, he dismissively encouraged me to do so, showing no concern about my complaint. As I was leaving the store, I overheard abusive language, which further added to my frustration and disappointment.
This experience was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have always enjoyed KFC, but such service and attitude make me reconsider visiting this...

When I got home with my 12 PC meal with fries and gravy, the chicken was cold, packed into a small box very tightly, was terribly greasy, and the skin was falling off the chicken. I called the restaurant to complain. The manager was rude said that they make chicken all day and make lots of it. I'm not sure how that is important or relevant to why my chicken was terrible. He then offered to give me 20% off my next meal. Very not acceptable. My family and I had a terrible meal and the best you can do is 20% off? On a side note, the drive through at this location looks like a war torn road in Bosnia. There are many places to eat in Winnipeg. This will not be one I return to. Avoid...
Read morewow....horrible service. ordered online at lunch time for a 6:30 delivery for a meeting i was hosting. at 7pm i phoned to see where the food was.....i was told that they dont turn their fax machine on till 4pm so they never recieved the order.?? they asked me if i wanted to reput the order in...i was stuck, it was a supper meeting and people were hungry. i asked if they could put a priority on it and would they offer a discount for there error. they would see if they could rush it but no to the discount. i should have cancelled but the meeting was on already. a little after 8 arrived with no apologies and no discount. second time on phone ordering was horrendous....they forwarded my complaint to the franchise owner but i never heard back.... if you have an alternative i recommend getting from another KFC than this one...i...
