Went there for a root beer float they don't have them anymore. Decided to order a couple of milkshakes they couldn't make them because their machine was malfunctioning and they were taking their time trying to correct it. I was obviously agitated and waited over 20 minutes before I said I would like a refund. I said at least you guys should give me a certificate or something or make good for the next time they ended up offering me a fountain drink which was warm. So very disappointed. Ordered Beyong meat burger meal last night from drive thru before heading to work, but when I reach at work i opened the bag and it was Grandpa burger. Being pure vegetarian I was not able to eat it at all. And the store got closed by the time. So, I went back after my work around 8:30 am to let them know. The girl at drive thru named Angela made so weird faces and told me that they can't do anything. I told her that it was dinner and I have came back in bad weather to get my money back but she didn't even bothered and said I can't do anything. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this location....

First they hand me out the wrong order and ask me to drive back to proof it and then take a very long time on providing a refund.
I drove back by 10:12 got the refund by 10:33. 20 mins for a refund at a fast paced restaurant
By the way if you ask for the manager’s name on whom you are speaking to on the phone, they say you are speaking to VIP and when you mention to them that it was unprofessional of you, they say May be I am the VIP. Really??
Never ever had that experience at any of the A&W. It was such a waste of time and no respect or apology was provided for my experience...
