Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Im writing this out of passion for this ridiculously unprofessional and immature establishment. Ive reported it to police and they're recommending i take it to small claims, as there hands are tied when it comes to employee/customer misconduct, & its pretty open & shut in regards to what happened.

I personally feel like hiring someone on kijiji for a week, just to create emails, and leave 1 star reviews until i say stop, obviously i won't but thats how upset and ripped off i feel, from this embarrassment sporting the Little C brand. Its like if a McDonald's was being leased & run out of some guys regional house bathtub... you'd probably have a higher satisfaction guarantee rate there, than here.

Like...This place literally stole 10$ from me about a week back, last time that happened i was getting shook down for my lunch money, by my school bully in Jr high.

im not even joking, and im taking this past head office straight to small claims.

Ive gotten refunds from other locations before because im paying for a pizza, not an accident... but you know, stuff happens and I dont get upset unless it reaches a point where its affecting me, paying my bills.

i ate at Little C's, around 3 times a week for 4 years, im Italian, I love pizza and im always on the go with my contracting job.

Always was impressed with the independently operated locations, far west, and fort richmond/fort Gary location. Infact the best little c is the southern most location, some middle aged caucasian lady owns it, best pizza you'll ever have, at a little c, every other location should be taking notes.

and its incredible on the sense thats ive actually permanently given up fastfood as a result of this incident, because I won't take the risk of this happening again, next thing you know its me in trouble because I was trying to stick up for myself at a fastfood joint, you know its just not worth it to me anymore after this & im sure other people who have experienced something similar feel the same way as I, like I literally never get mad, maybe a dozen times in my entire life...& its been quite a few days and ill honest to god never go back.

Incident:

The way my job works is I get a contract, and I only have a certain amount of time to fulfill it before it expires, and on this particular occasion, I got a contract out in stonewall and was heading west, so I stopped to get a pizza to eat along the way as I always do if I havnt eaten all day & still at work.

These mfs never cut the pizza, or they cut it so poorly that every slice was ripping in half, sauce was getting everywhere, all over my hands, after basically mutilating the pizza just trying to free up one slice, I said "f to the no, im returning this and getting my money back"

I go in the store in a rush at this point and say can I swap this one out for another, I never ate any and you guys didn't cut it right at all.

They argue with me and take the pizza like staring at me, as if there's nothing wrong with it.. I finally get them to agree to give me another pizza, but it'll be 10 minutes... now when I originally saw her open the hot and ready heater box, there was multiple pepperoni in there, im not an idiot. & now they're trying to act like there's none left and I have to leave at this point I dont have 10 minutes to play games with 2 children over a 10 dollar pizza, so I said give me a refund I have to go, out of time. And they're saying we can't and we won't, are manager said so? Like okay so let me talk to your manager, oh he's not here... so how did he say so than hmm? She wasn't even willing to give me the pizza I paid for back at this point, I had to lean over the till and snatch it back from the thief, as to where I was so fuming at this point I just threw the pizza on the ground, and left.. never have I been so wrongfully mistreated by a professional establishment in my 30 year life, its almost impressive.

Dont believe the Hot-And-Ready hours if the staff doesn't like you, or the 100% satisfaction or your money...

Picked up a Hot And Ready pizza on my way home from work last night, stopped in about 5 pm. My drive home from this location is only 5 minutes. The pizza was barely lukewarm when I got home and tasted stale. It was quite literally the saddest pizza I've ever eaten. I wouldn't be annoyed if it wasn't hot but it was pretty much room temperature. So, was the Pepsi.

The staff that work the register also don't make you feel welcome in the store, they're cold and curt and seem to be one word away from an eye roll.

My feedback on the pizza is from my most recent visit, no prior issues and the staff feedback is on 3/4 visits. The 1/4 is because I couldn't even get in to the store. OK Tire takes up most of the lot, often jamming cars in that are not in stalls...do any of these cars ever move? This leaves Little Caesars and Perogy Planet with 5 stalls... not really worth the parking nightmare when it's a busy evening.

My experience with my most recent visit will likely have me not return. Sure it's a cheap pizza for 10 bucks... but its disappointing to eat it at room temperature. Actually, it's quite...

Very disappointed in this location. I stopped in on my way home hoping to grab a pizza. I walked in & stood there waiting for anybody to come to the front to take my order. Nobody came. Then a skip driver came and an employee came out and asked for the order number he was there to get, then she got his order. In the meantime, another driver came in and she asked for his order number. Then I said, excuse me, I’d like to make an order, the employee let out a big sigh & told me to wait. I got so discouraged that I just walked out. I was the first person that walked into this establishment and I waited patiently for someone to come to the front, I did not complain at all, but when 2 people came in after me and got immediate service, I will definitely complain. And I’ll take my money elsewhere. I’m very disappointed in this franchise location & will not return...
