Not happy with your establishment. We were using a birthday cone and 2 for $13 cones. We had to wait 25 minutes in line to place the order. Then as the employee is working on the order she keeps stopping to work on orders ahead of us and behind us and delivery orders while the other employee is cleaning. We finally get to the till and by then the order is half melted. The employee had entered the codes for the items but then tells me 10 mins later they do not work but we can come back and use them at a later date. We said you have already made the order we just want to settle up the total. She was not satisfied with the company paper coupons, app coupons, birthday email or code or the screenshots and website. She says to you will have to pay $35 plus taxes for everything which is nowhere near what the total would be. We said no way since we saw on the till and credit machine you had the total as $15.69. She asked why we didn't want my order and we explained all of the above. We don't think we will visit again as we don't live close to you and it is almost an hour drive to your ice cream shop but we were passing by on our way home. We have not had a bad experience until last weekend. We have only been here once before but the first time we had no issues as there was a nice male manager on that time. my 2 friends and i came on july 7, 2022 at around 8pm and left by 8:09pm and there were 2 workers there (we werent able to look at their name tags) but we were the only 3 people in the shop and we were looking at the menu, deciding what to order since we havent been in a while. one of the workers kept staring at us but we ignored it then i began my order and the same worker did not even ask if i wanted any toppings and proceeded to walk to the cash register. when i verbalized that i wanted toppings the worker asked what i wanted, they couldnt hear me loud enough and began pounding their fist on the glass that was covering the ice cream. when my other friend finished ordering the same worker rudely placed the ice cream cup on the other glass portion near the cash register to "hand it" to my friend. she basically dropped it down without a care. we were so excited to come here for the ice cream especially since it had been a while but that one rude worker ruined the experience for us. it does not make a welcoming or friendly environment for customers. as we left the two workers just began chatting as if one of them didnt just treat us so poorly. please speak to this worker of yours because its not fair to anyone to have...

A banana split. Think about what that is. I ordered a banana split then was asked what ice cream I wanted during a very busy line up. I wanted a standard banana split so I just said chocolate vanilla and strawberry like a normal split. Then was asked which topping I wanted. So I chose some peanuts and score bits and oreo. Then my wife says she wanted the strawberry sauce pineapple sauce and chocolate sauce. Then the person making the split says you only get three toppings. Like I want a standard banana split. You should know how to make it based on the photo you have. He also cut his finger when cutting the banana and i watched as he was making sure he wasn’t bleeding. Not interested in blood as an additional topping. A banana split comes a specific way. If I want to change it I will tell you. But it comes with chocolate vanilla and strawberry ice cream. Peanuts chocolate sauce strawberry sauce and pineapple sauce. With whip cream and a cherry. Anything else is extra. Learn to make it!!. It should come with all those ingredients as a standard.
