Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Its a common courtesy to let someone use washroom. I called lady working here by saying excuse me , she didn’t replied i said again she said wait a second. I waited for few minutes, then i requested i need to use washroom its an emergency. She said wait a second i am doing work. I requested and said its urgent. She said i am alone here let me do my work. She made pizza , then two sandwiches, then coffee. She did everything and i waited for more than 5 minutes.

There should be humanity. I know she is busy we all are busy with our work but we also need to understand if someone is in problem try to help instead of avoiding and becoming rude. Eventually i was gonna buy something as courtesy but they way she ignored, that was not good. Try understand someone might have medical conditions.

Giving keys just take 5 seconds. I was not gonna run with keys .

I hope management tell their employees to help each other, after all we all are humans. HUMANITY | COURTESY |...

Tim's is a mediocre experience at the best of times but this one in particular just gets everything wrong. It's staff doesn't understand mobile orders and it's really pointless to order ahead here.

Mobile orders are supposed to be put on the front counter when ready, here you have to wait in line. There is a seperate till specifically for mobile orders, however I waited a good ten minutes there before lamenting and heading to the back of the line so I could wait another ten minutes going to the regular till.

When I finally got there I showed them my order and my order number. They said they needed a name. My girlfriend ordered it for me so I didn't know if she would have used my name or hers. And for some reason they couldn't take an order number. Honestly.

The thing I don't get, what if you and the next person are both named John. Good luck getting the right order.

Won't be coming back here...

I guess I really shouldn't expect much from Tim Hortons.

As per usual, the quality of food and drinks is abysmal but even the service is bad at this location.

Ordered online and I was given as estimated pick up time. I got to the location and there were no customers. I stood in line for a couple of minutes without any greeting from the person working the front so I flagged her down and asked where my order was. I was told to wait as she needed to make a sandwich for a different order - pretty sure this order came later than mine cause I can see it in the order screen but whatever.

After she made the sandwich, she began my order which was just donuts and an iced capp. I'm not sure why my order wasn't given priority when it came in first and why I had to wait for the sandwich to be made that wasn't even being picked up yet....
