I was deeply disturbed by an interaction I saw in between a customer and a worker at this location on August 28, 2025. I can see here that they left a 1 star review so I’m posting this to counteract his scathing (and crazy) review. I’ll let you find out yourself who it might be.
Anyways, It’s a shame that people think that they can yell at people literally working at a Starbucks.
I witnessed a customer today yelling profanities and having tantrum, like a big baby on the patio. I appreciated that the staff here stood up for themselves and didn’t let a man baby bully them. I hope that the largely insecure man (who, by the way did this in front of his children - they looked pretty mortified) looks into the mirror when he gets home and feels nothing but embarrassment and shame for his behavior. Apparently he feels embarrassed anyways, rightfully so.

The staff are friendly and helpful, whether you need a recommendation off the menu or have any questions they are incredibly knowledgeable in their product. The restaurant itself is always super clean, as well as the bathrooms. Most Starbucks are an “order, pickup” deal, but if you’re sitting in the restaurant often the staff will come around and ask how you’re doing and/or if you need anything. An overachievement in a business without “waiting staff”. The store faces west, so if you decide to go first thing in the morning the sun won’t be blinding you; there are also taller apartments a few hundred feet west, so if you are there in the afternoon/evening the sun still won’t be too bad. Read moreI had a very disrespectful experience. I had ordered a 8 espresso vente with ice and a grande oat latte today at 11:45 am. When i got my drink it was only espresso and no ice so i was saying that I ordered with ice, the barista ( blonde hair with a braid) making the drinks said “you should ordered before” assuming that I ordered a hot espresso with the derisive tone and was now trying to make a change on the fly. The cashier who took my order then apologized for typing the order in wrong not sure apologized to who costumer or the barista. but the barista making my drink and didn’t say anything of it or never apologized to me.
