The man working there denied to take our order as we asked why they're charging extra for the included veggie topping, he became so rude! worst customer service. Very much disappointed! was a regular customer but will no longer going back there. repeating WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

No where in your menu does it mention that paneer is premium topping and it will include extra charge. If you have the video then you should see the worker in your store said "I am on shift and that's why I can't do anything. Meet me outside after my shift and then I will show you who I am". This is considered harassment and threatening. Which business in earth tells their customer that they will show them what they are outside? This business should be visited by Better Business Bureau and Manitoba Food and Health safety division to see how unhygienic their food and employee is and how they do not honor their own menu and robs people. This is very bad for people with severe food allergies, or if you just don't like onions. I ordered their "poutine" (the only poutine option they had was a butter chicken poutine) which was described as having fries, cheese curds and butter chicken gravy.
