DRIVER WAS PUSHING ME TO PAY CASH BUT INSISTED HE HAD NO CHANGE. WHAT A SCAMMER !!!

Garbage.....garbage.....garbage.Staff was rude pizza was doughy,dried out and little to no sauce. Wings floating in oil,cold and greasy. When the delivery guy arrived he wanted me to meet him in the lobby,I pointed out that I paid for delivery and that he hadnt completed the delivery I was met with a smart ass attitude that I would have gladly adjusted for him had he pushed it. Debit machine at payment time wouldn't work I had to walk all over bldg,outside around the parking lot. He next told me I would have to drive to a gas station somewhere and get money. I informed him I wouldn't and that he could either take the pizza back or return later with a new machine. I called the store itself and was met by a smart ass manager who didnt seem to care about the way the driver was handling the sutuation. I suggested that I give my visa number over the phone,he said he didnt know how to do this (Good Manager). Again he said I would have to drive down to the store and pay,again I said no. A driver eventually returned with a debit machine and took payment. That driver had the nerve to say (About debit machine) PUSH F2 TO LEAVE A TIP !!!. All in all low quality wings greasy and room temp and little to no sauce on the pizza with doughy crust,not the norm for Pizza Hut but they didnt seem to care when I mentioned this. Three weeks ago I went to order pizza here in person and internet would not work to order vegetarian pizza on Saturday. Phoned earlier and the phone just was ringing but nobody was picking up. It was like 1120 and pizzahut was open till midnight but the manager tefuse to give me special deal for Saturday instead said I would have to pay full price. I haven't ordered pizza from this location for 6 months as last time I got sick with upset stomach and diarrhea. I thought I give it try tonight and got a vegetarian pizza which was overcooked on top and on bottom it was soft like a dough not cooked properly. The pizza was so soggy and gross. Not much toppings and cheese was kind of dry and hard. I think I am done with pizzahut never ordering from them again. Last two times I got pizza from domino's and will order from them again. Useless to complain to head office nothing gets done. Think it's time for pizza hut to close down all locations .I was so disgusted with pizza tonight. I went tonight on march 13 to give it another it was obious that I was not welcomed into the restaurant for writing a review. So if write a review please dont go into this restaurant as it will used against you. I was so hurt that staff cannot behave professionally and was spiteful because of my review. I guess cant go...

Worst Pizza Hut I've been to. I placed an order 1 hour ahead of time for carry out and followed the online tracker for when my 2 medium pizzas would be done. I arrived at the store 5 mins past the order time I selected and still waited for someone to help me check out as the 3 workers in the back were chatting.

I looked on the TV screen that showed the progress on carry out orders and mine said READY so I assumed I would be out quick...No..She found my reciept and went to talk to another worker about my order and he just STARTED to make my pizzas!! Even the workers kept going back and forth to each other to see what the toppings were on my pizzas.

Paid for my order and still waited for 25 mins later..This is ridiculous! What's that point of placing an order for a set time and still waiting nearly half an hour for it afterwards??!?!

EDIT: Got home and my partner realized her pizza had the wrong sauce (asked for bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce) as she's allergic to tomatos... Called the store and they offered to make the whole order again which I appreciated. Still very dissatissfied as I waited nearly half an hour for the...
