Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER, I'm never going back to this place. I bought a panzerotti they give me one completely cold and old, i come back and keep in mind I'm a very polite individual, i ask her to make me one fresh she says she would warm it up, i tell her no i would like a new one please bake one fresh because I've had a fresh one before and i can tell the difference. Keep in mind she cut it in half and i took one bite before spitting it out and returning 2 mins later with my complaint. So she gives me "a new one" cut in half exactly like the first one except this one had the half i had bitten into cut shorter so you couldn't tell. I ate half before feeling sick and yes this one was cold in the middle tasted exactly like the first one. Ive never been upset to the point of writing a stupid review but this was ridiculous and she thought i wasn't watching her but she pretended to throw it in the trash, but took it in the back and warmed it up i was watching her the whole time. This is pathetic i know its only 7 dollars but seriously I'm vomiting this is so wrong I'm never coming back to this place again and they shouldn't get away with this bullshit. 3rd time this has happened where they give me old food because they are too cheap to make it fresh it isn't right and if you are not brown there is 0 guarantee of decent customer service I'm telling every single person i know to stay away from this place and i advise you to go literally...

The worst pizza store for customer service, I got my 1st pizza half burnt and other one half cooked and kids started eating them before I even realized it, called the customer services and they are offering me a $10 credit and told me to through the pizza away and they will send new one and then the pizza store starts calling me and tells me that they going to send me a new pizza but I must return the both pizza intact? I called the customer service back and they called the store and store refused that they ever called me, I don’t know what kind a customer service the franchisee and this particular store provides, the customer care representative telling me that their store employees denying it and that means I’m a liar and he keep insisting all he is gonna do is give me $10 credit, I don’t need credit or money I need the food served right at the first time, ruined the evening for no reason, never going to this guys again ever, This is the 2nd time -

Ordered 1 xl 2 top. pizza and added 1 extra top. Extremely disappointed with their service. Guess what ? No sauce on pizza and not properly baked. Complained online and they were offering me 50% off what i paid for pizza and denied to give me full refund. and that too in pizza pizza credit. Basically they were saying we received your money now if you want refund you have to spend at pizza pizza. After that the store employee calls me on my number and asks me to bring the pizza as a proof. Like seriously. So i went to the store and displayed (lol)pizza to the employee. (Talking to me in raised voice) There's sauce in the pizza if you want more you have to say you need more sauce. The employee wasnt agree to give me another pizza but then i filled online compalined and they agreed to give me another pizza the store owner said yes to give another pizza . If i were to go to the store directly im sure they would have deneid me. I would strongly recommend not to go at this pizza pizza store. Go to someother pizza store. Like there are so many...
