Pizzaland — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I have been a customer of this fine place now for around 20 Years. Larry the former owner had built a wonderful business based upon quality, good portioning and simply unparalleled customer service.

Matt, the new owner is a younger man who has been with the company for a long while.

He has taken over and expanded the menu to include quite a few new things while maintaining the quality and care of the old.

We have ordered several times and the food is always terrific. I tried a couple of the new items and found them very good. More so, something that did not tickle our fancy so to speak was the flavor of the ground beef.

However Matt, when this was brought up to him, Matt had already changed the spicing and I can tell you it is vastly improved. Matt encouraged our feedback and responded to it. That, to me, is the mark of someone who cares about this product and the way he and his staff are perceived.

You will not be disappointed, and should you be for any reason, reach out to them and I know they will try and make it right. I will be a customer for hopefully another 20 years under his ownership and can tell you that they are a credit to this area and to the Winnipeg...

Normally great pizza and tonight was no different until I found a long hair in my 2nd piece of pizza. Obviously, being disgusted and no longer having an appetite I called to let them know what I'd found in my pizza(yes, I know these things happen from time to time). I was told by the gentlemen that they would remake my pizza tonight only or give me $4 off my next order, then it was $6 and then finally 50% off my next order(they came back 3 times with different discounts after i said really thats it?) I once again explained to them that I didn't want my pizza remade at this point as I had now lost my appetite. Not sure what the difference between remaking the pizza now or later.

Love how I was held hostage to having my pizza remade only tonight instead of just giving me a credit for the amount I paid for ($19.00) for a future order which I totally would've been happy with. Unreal, will not be returning to Pizzaland...

4.6 is Accurate I like this place for custom pizzas. Half and half Hawaiian and the Susie. Most places I ask for extra sauce. This place perfect amount. I do ask for Chili’s and oregano shake in the sauce, usually say about four shakes. Any spices you like. If they have it, they’ll do it. It’s nice to be able to dial in the perfect pie! Specially, when you don’t have time to cook at home, nice they will make it exactly how you want! Quality ingredients. Don’t be shy to ask for What you want! Also some healthy menu items salads that were really good. Cheese cake was a surprise how good it was. It’s nice to have an It’s nice to have options. Nice to have curly fries and things for fussy kids A big plus! A killer deal also on a party pack pizza with wings pop! We’ve done for Jets games and the Bombers. We have ordered from here...
