This was an extremely disappointing visit. The food was OK and that was the high point.

They managed to lose track of my order. After waiting over 10 minutes I asked the server if my food would be ready soon and they stated that it would be. 5 minutes later I asked again and it turned out they had missed my order and hadn't started on it.

The manager(I would name him, but he was not wearing a name tag) proceeded to give me every excuse he could think of instead of making sure my order was correct.

He blamed the missing order on a group that left the restaurant before I had even ordered, then decided that someone else had taken the order, then came up with a few more excuses when I pointed out that those were unlikely as I was standing at the counter the entire time.

The correct course of action would have been for the manager to take ownership of the problem, but I guess that part was missing from the manual as the manager blamed everybody in the restaurant at some point in our discussion and didn't take ownership or responsibility for anything. I guess he did offer me a free pie, but since I had ordered one already and didn't want another one the offer was a little lame. I wasn't looking for someone to relieve themselves on my leg and tell me it is raining. I wasnt looking for an item I could get free from filing out a survey.

When I sat down I realized that they had given me the wrong sauce and went back to the counter..... again....

Not a good experience! Ordered over $50.00 of food. 8 piece of chicken for 19.99, 5 chicken fingers with fries, drink, biscuit and fish with shrimp, fries, drink and biscuit. Everything was okay which I understand that they had just open a week ago. My daughter and I stood in line for over an hour, which was not the problem. The problem we had was the the 8 piece chicken. It came with 5 drumsticks, 2 thighs and 1 rib. I feel that if I’m paying for an 8 piece chicken, I believe I should get 2 drumsticks, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 1 rib and one breast! A full chicken! Not all scraps pieces! (They did have full stock of cooked chicken in the racks) My 3 children don’t eat drumsticks! Just wish that they “Popeyes” could understand if I’m paying the price They should please give me better pieces of meat! Wish this didn’t happen! I wish I could of gave them a better review! Had super high hopes for them! I Really did!! Went on Saturday at 8:00pm. I called the location 5 times on Saturday and no answer. I couldn’t leave a message on their phone. So I directly Sent a message to the headquarters. They sent me a message today Thursday. Saying they couldn’t help me, that I should ask them “Popeyes” for the pieces of chicken I want! Now that I know if I ever decide to go....I have to tell the chicken people to put the right pieces in the chicken box!!! They “Popeyes” didn’t even offer me anything, not even a 2 piece chicken meal! Shame on you...

I have been waiting for this place to open for a while now because my favourite food is fried chicken so here is my opinion on this place.

Save your time and don't go here unless you want disappointment. The chicken is decent, it's better than KFC but it lacked flavour for something they claimed is marinated several hours.

Don't bother ordering the spicy chicken. It's also not spicy and it's not just me 2 other friends said the same thing. When you start eating it my hands were so greasy it looked like I dipped them in oil. This doesn't happen when I eat other fried chicken.

Also don't bother ordering the popcorn shrimp. You will be given a tiny container of shrimp and when you open it, half of the container is occupied by the dipping sauce so you get even less than you expected for over 11 dollars.

The sides tastes good but when you get onion rings they only give you 3 and a tiny bag of fries. The fries had an off taste not sure what was wrong with it.

When you order a 12 piece watch your container as it will have 3 or 4 wings that you paid 2.50+ each for to go with the larger pieces.

Honestly if you want better chicken wait till it's not busy or go to Jollibee where the wait is 5 min and their spicy chicken is actually spicy. Don't waste your time at Mary's browns either that place is worse.

One thing I would recommend is the strawberry cream cheese pie which was better than...
