Red Swan Pizza - Winnipeg McPhillips St — Restaurant in Winnipeg

First time trying Red Swan Pizza. Nice store and clean inside. Adequate and bright lighter, big windows. Friendly and efficient staff/cashier. 5/5 for in-store cleanliness. 5/5 for friendly and efficient staff/cashier. 5/5 for the tasty food hands down.

Placed an order for pick up through UberEats of regular chicken nachos with the jalapeños on the side, no bacon and a create your own 10” pizza that was well done, with green olives (though I could not really see any in the pizza, it was “free” on the UberEats App so that was fine, but I did see the green olives in the nachos though), traditional crust, succulent pineapples, black olives, feta cheese and BBQ sauce. Both of these were super fresh and shareable among 3-4+ people. Super filling and tasty.

The nacho box was bigger than the pizza box and looked like a whole pizza, which made it look even more appetizing. Every nacho chip was fun filled to the crunch.

The price of this was roughly 34.15$ which was about 10-15$ cheaper in comparison with another pizza place I was debating to order from.

No complaints so far and I would definitely recommend and will definitely be...

I would like to share my yesterday’s experience. I ordered pizza in-store & while waiting i had found some non-working staff showed up & directly entered into kitchen. Even saw them picking/eating inside in those few minutes.

I kept on watching it & when everyone came out i asked them if non-working staff is allowed to enter into kitchen directly. Guess what.. I got an epic reply from a person “i own this place & these are my guest so took them inside to show them”.

so I asked him is it part of manual or SOP to have random guys entering into your kitchen or is it allowed?

But, he was keep on justifying on it. Now, in nutshell, my point is i am doubting on hygienic part of this store reason being if the owner of this store follows this kind of attitude & business ethics then I am not going to visit this store anymore nevertheless food was good or bad but now i feel this store & unhygienic. Incident time between 11:00 pm to 11:45 pm...

Placed on line order at 11:05 am yesterday. Requested ready for pick up for 12:30 pm. Arrived at 12:30 to pick up pizza. Worker offered me a pizza for Chris. I said no not mine. She went in the back ,came out and asked what the order was. She checked the on line orders, then said be about 10 minutes more. She then went in the back. Chris came in to pick up pizza. A fellow came out from the back , to receive payment for Chris 's pizza. I asked about my order, he managed to find it. I asked what happened to my order. He stated the oven was being cleaned. He then went in the back. 14 minutes later she came out with my pizza. I asked again what happened. She said they were doing pizzas for home depot. It was obvious they either lost, or forgot to do my order. It would have been better to be honest and just apologize, for forgetting my order. The only positive was a fresh pizza, which was very good. No guarantee poor service won't...
