I went to This Tim Hortons yesterday, I asked for 10 pack Tim-bits assorted without the birthday cake and they just gave me chocolate & birthday I specifically told them not Birthday cake⦠I was about to write a review yesterday but then i thought itās okkkk sometimes these things happened but Today went again I asked for White Hot chocolate & French vanilla and one honey cruller & sour cream glazed donut, I paid for everything then a girl on window told me we donāt have honey cruller then i said 2 sour cream glazed⦠She passed me everything and when I saw my bag it has only 1 sour cream glazed. I mean seriously what is this kind of service? 4-5 people are standing at the window but nobody cares about what customers order & what they got. Every-time i went to this time hortons Order takers never ever greet to customers. First of all we stand there for long time then the order taker never ever greet you he/she just asked YES ! Employees ade just work there for money? They donāt care about Tim Hortons standards & Customer Serviceā¦ā¦. I have a Humble request to manager please let your employees teach some manners how to take order & how to provide a good customer service aa well as please provide all food to customers whatever they paid for.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern following a recent experience at the 2360 Mcphilips Street location. I am a vegetarian and rely on your establishment for safe, meat-free options. However, during my most recent visit, I was served a product containing chicken, which I did not order and which I do not consume due to my dietary restrictions.
This mistake is both alarming and unacceptable, as it directly violates the trust I place in Tim Hortons to cater to the needs of all customers, including those with dietary restrictions. A simple error like this can have serious consequences for individuals with strong ethical or health-related reasons for avoiding animal products. This mistake has not only caused inconvenience but also mental distress and I am not able to make peace with it.
I expect Tim Hortons to take immediate action to ensure that such an incident does not happen again. This includes revisiting your staff training regarding special dietary needs and cross-contamination, as well as implementing stronger safeguards to prevent such errors from occurring in the future.
I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this issue and would appreciate a...

I came for my usual vanilla iced Capp with oat milk and no toppings. It's super frustrating cause it's always wrong or I have to check at the window. So I REPEATED Oat milk like 5 times in the drive Thru, and confirmed before driving ahead I said "oat milk right" she replies "yes", I get to the window I see it's definitely not oat milk it's super dark and as I said .. it's my usual (being lactose intolerant) so I ask the guy now and say that's not oat milk, he grabs it looks and says "yes oat milk" š³š«© I'm sick, I'm tired so we I drive off, ntm my baby is has to get to bed I don't have time to go back. Why are we paying if they're going to make it how they want every time!? then when we correct them they act like someone stole their right leg! š Pls don't work in the service industry if you don't like to serve ppl. Something I was told 20 yrs ago when I worked in...
