I was at this location today around 07:45pm with my 4 year old. So I went there and was patiently waiting for my turn as it seemed busy. So I was at number 4 and there were 3 people after me. A lady asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted and bread, I told her and put mine in the toaster and started finishing the other sandwiches she was already preparing. So I waited, then this other girl came from the drive-thru and started helping the girls in front. They made the other sandwiches, and now it was my turn. So one girl came and started asking the next person about their sandwich and then the 2nd girl came and started taking the order from the 3rd person and my sandwich was sitting on the counter unattended and the girl helped the person who was after me and then the other girl helped the other two people who were after that person. Even though I was in the line ahead of them and waiting with my 4-year-old who was hungry, they both didn’t care and started saying to one another, that make this one make this. The experience I had today was that bad that I never wanted to step in again at any Subway. I didn’t buy anything because I felt insulted that these two girls, I didn’t know what they were thinking of themselves, didn’t serve us even though we were first in line. Even the person who was after me who got the sandwich first apologized. This is how you train your employees. I didn’t get my dinner there. I went to McDonald's, and they served really well. I wanted to say so much to these two girls and wanted to tell them who to respect and wanted to teach them how to do better customer service, but I didn’t say a word, just left. Read moreI was very disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff during my recent visit. After finishing work, I stopped by with my wife to have a meal. I needed to use the washroom, but the staff member informed me that the men’s washroom was closed due to a recent incident involving fire damage. While unfortunate, this was understandable.
However, since the store was empty and only one washroom remained available, I politely asked if I could use the other washroom. The staff member refused in an unnecessarily cold and dismissive manner. There was no effort to accommodate or communicate respectfully.
As a result, I had to leave the store and go to another restaurant that values and respects its customers. Unfortunately, the staff here—who appeared quite young and lacking in basic customer service skills—left a poor impression.

Read moreToday dated 05-29-2024 , 22: 07 hrs, I placed an online order for pickup at this branch, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I arrived to collect my order, I was ignored by the employees multiple times, despite trying to get their attention. It seemed like they were prioritizing in-store customers over online orders, as people who came in after me were served before me.
The whole point of ordering online is to save time and avoid waiting in line, but in this case, it felt like I was at a disadvantage. I was left standing there for an unnecessary amount of time, feeling like an afterthought.
