I was looking at the app and saw the coupon that you could buy a foot long and receive the 6 inch for 1.99. I asked the lady at the front before I started my order, if this was a promotion that was going on. She told me yes and proceeded to make me my foot long and 6 inch. When it came time to pay, i showed her the coupon again and then I proceeded to pay. When I looked at the recite I noticed that she had charged me FULL PRICE for both the footlong and the 6inch. I asked her why this was and she replied that the promition wasn’t available right now and I could do it next time. I tried to understand what she was saying but I honestly didn’t understand and I don’t think she knew what she was talking about either because then she said maybe it’s just an online promition. It’s not an issue if the promition isn’t going on, it’s the problem tbh at she told me the promition WAS ON before i even ordered, and then continued to price it full price. I’m not sure if this is a one off, or if this is an issue with the staff not understanding their promotions and how the subway app works. Either way I’m very disappointed and will be not returning back...

He had to repeatedly ask for the correct amount of vegetables to be put on his sandwich and was met with attitude and it not being done correctly. He tried to leave but they forced him to pay even though the sandwhich was not done to his liking. The manager came out and tried to deal with the situation and he made it worse. He over charged the sub for items that weren't even on it and my boyfriend had to ask more than once for him to double check his mistake. When he asked for his receipt he was told to wait and East Indians came in and they started speaking over him and that was more important than customer service. Never had such an awful experience at subway. Do not go here. Not only that the manager was looking over the key pad and pressing for a tip. Absolutely unbelievable over a damn sandwhich. Does your district manager ever do checks or should I call health and safety there is something severely wrong with this...
