I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred at your Subway location on March 2, 2024, at approximately 7:34 PM. During my visit, I witnessed an unsettling exchange between a member of your staff and a girl, which I feel compelled to address. While I was having my food , an indigenous girl requested the use of the washroom. To my dismay, instead of accommodating her request, some members of your staff proceeded to engage in unprofessional behaviour, including making fun of her and acting rudely. The situation escalated when one of your staff girls resorted to displaying a very disrespectful and abusive gesture.
Regrettably, even after witnessing this behaviour, I was further dismayed when I attempted to address the matter with your staff over the phone. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and courtesy, I was met with additional rudeness and hostility.
I urge you to review the security camera footage from the mentioned date and time to verify the accuracy of my account. It is essential that appropriate actions be taken to address the behavior of the staff involved in this incident. No patron should ever be subjected to such disrespectful treatment, and it is imperative that steps are taken to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

Read moreI placed an order to collect from curbside. I went inside as I was in a bit of a hurry. But workers there said they hadn’t received the order yet and maybe I placed to another location. So I waited until they got the order, while it was 5 min already wasted when the payment was already taken. A lady (Aireen)came in front and said the order would be ready by 1:05 and you have to wait. I had to be somewhere. I told her to cancel the order. The lady canceled the order and never told me. I was waiting there like a fool. There were 3 people who came after me got served before than me.

The staff here always seem upset, which makes me wonder if management is treating them poorly. Today, I visited with a Subway coupon offering $4 off. I showed it before ordering, but at the till, their scanner wasn't working. The cashier simply said it wasn't working and refused to adjust the price manually. After a long wait, she eventually offered $3 off, which I accepted, but her unwillingness to assist was very disappointing.
This incident caused a significant delay, and I felt bad for the large line that formed behind me. I visited on July 14th at 12:30 PM. I would recommend choosing another Subway location to avoid such hassles, as this one consistently fails to provide satisfactory service.
