By far the worst I have ever eaten at Thai Express! $16.45 for a dish I can’t even eat. Can’t waste more in gas money driving all the way back for them to do nothing. It is supposed to be chicken pineapple fried rice. There isn’t even two pieces of chicken combined like their posted picture. And the chicken is super dry and shredded so small. It tastes and smells so badly of FISH, they clearly are not washing their dishes. My daughter could smell it across the room. The tiny drop of egg in it is burnt. Not one green onion in it. The only two tomatoes are grossly soggy. The 6 pieces of pineapple are tasteless and white. I’m so disappointed because this was a treat for us. Rewards system has since been improved, still a little cumbersome but at least it is functional.
Chicken Pad Thai always has been my go to and has 9 out 10 been consistent.
Keep improving and ill keep coming back!
Update Nov 2023: Have tried a few times more with the rewards system. It's far from perfect but it has definitely improved.

Old Review: Had to change my rating. The rewards app for Thai Express is awful. Ever since they changed the way rewards works it has been a headache!
Tried to collect points at store they dont know how to do that. Tried to redeem and just the same story.
If going once in a while probably ok for the food but dont bother with the rewards system.

I've waited for more than 40min knowing that the 2 men and 1 lady refused to processed the order noticing that I am annoyed.. The thing is they are busy and doing or processing first the walkin customers which is I am ahead of them. Online orders are also customers that needs to be prioritized.
