Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Last week, I had a really good experience at Papa John’s Bison. As soon as I walked in, the staff smiled and welcomed me warmly. The place was clean, bright, and smelled amazing – like fresh pizza right out of the oven!

I ordered a medium Pepperoni pizza and a side of garlic knots. The person at the counter was very friendly and helped me choose a good deal. I didn’t have to wait too long — maybe just 10 to 15 minutes.

When my food came, it looked perfect! The pizza was hot, cheesy, and full of pepperoni. The crust was golden and soft on the inside. The garlic knots were fresh and full of flavor too. Everything tasted delicious!

The service was fast and the workers were polite. They even gave me extra garlic sauce for free, which made the meal even better. Before I left, one of the workers asked if everything was good — I really liked that they cared.

This was my fist and last time ordering from this location. I ordered Philly cheesesteak pizza but apparently it comes without steak! it had less than 3 pieces of meat on the entire pizza. Which is just outrageous so I call the store and respectfully point out that my pizza was basically missing the main topping. I was told that what I am seeing is wrong and there is in fact many pieces of steak on my pizza. I told them I can send them a picture of my pizza to prove the lack of steak and bell peppers (there were none) and to my surprise the employee just said “there is steak on it”. Which was a blatant lie. I was told to just go ahead and leave a bad review. Oh and to top it all off, there was hair attached to the outside of the box. It was very unprofessional of this business to not onky refuse to take accountability for their mistake but to refuse to even reimburse me my money or another pizza that actually has...

Did you guys run out of pepperoni? Ordered the Jack-O’-Lantern pizza (Halloween special) and there must have been about half the amount of advertised pepperoni surrounding the sides. Flavour was alright and at least the smile was there next to the (asymmetrical) eyes. To top it all off, there was no Quality Seal so who knows if it was opened prior to delivery. Normally wouldn’t be as big of a problem if there wasn’t a global pandemic spreading around. All in all, this might be the spookiest pizza experience I’ve had yet - scary enough that this might be the first and last time...
