Booster Juice — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Ordered a Nuttin butter, I received it 3/4 full.

It felt light so I opened it up, I thought about it for a second and then I decided to be that guy who brings back their cup and asks if something is wrong.

After a good 5 minutes someone asked me what was wrong I showed them the cup, they apologize and then went to add some more materials and re-blend.

Then the contents sat in the blender for about 8 minutes. There wasn't a line when this started, at the end of it there is a line of two people.

There were three staff on, one was a supervisor.

I have been going to this location for the last 3-4 years, always been a clean and welcoming environment. The girls always have smiles on their faces and love to chat about new promotions/specials. I've been in 4 times in the passed 3 or 4 weeks and I've definitely noticed a change in mood of the store. Not only that, they have brought on a new manager that seems totally rude, not only did she speak to me ( a paying customer) like I was stupid but a comment was made at her own employee in the same tone! poor girl. hopefully the chain of command does their duty and brings this location back to the way it used to be. Absolutely Disgusting and Unsanitary!

I was horrified by the complete lack of hygiene at this place. A middle-aged man, who I assume is the manager, had zero concern for cleanliness or food safety. I ordered a juice, and to my absolute disgust, he didn’t even bother to wash his hands—no gloves, nothing! If this is how they handle food right in front of customers, I can only imagine the revolting conditions behind the scenes. Do they even care about basic sanitation?
