Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I reached here at around 9:30 ish. It clearly says this Tim is opened till 11. When I reached there the guy refused to serve any drink. He was saying it's closed when I showed them on google that it's open. If you close at 9 why do you lie and say that it's opened till 11. Either he's lying about timing and refused to serve us drinks or Tim is lying about the timing on google. Please correct it so that others won't get their hopes up of getting hot coffee in this...

They rushed me out without completing a proper bagel belt at all. Made it like it was an English muffin. No tomato no lettuce such a waste of my money. This is just one example I recently had just today I’ve had multiple failures from this place all from people rushing. If the cashier didn’t even hear me then he needs to ask and confirm.
