September 18/19 I arrived at the restaurant at about 8:55 pm. Got seated right away. Restaurant was empty at the time. No other customers but myself and my husband. Couple of minutes passed, I got the server’s attention and asked for the night time menu. Server flat out says “no” only for after 9:00 pm she tells me and walks off. I look at my phone and it’s 8:58 pm (2 minutes before 9:00). I thought no problem, she doesn’t realize what time it is. So she brings us the menu and we already knew what we wanted and checked it off right away. Fives minutes later she takes our order to the kitchen. Time passes more customers come in. Between 9:10 -9:20 pm 6 tables are now filled in the restaurant. As we patiently waited and waited for our food. I noticed that the other tables all started getting their food one after the other until the table that came in last with a party of 5 started to get their food too and we are still waiting. I couldn’t wait any more and went up to the front desk to talk to the server. Here’s what she said...sorry we don’t have many people working and cooking. The other cook is having his dinner right now. Well that was the wrong thing to tell a customer that they have to wait for the staff to eat their dinner first before you’ll get serviced. That shocked and upset me even more. Then I asked the server, why am I still waiting to get my food and everyone else who came in later have their food already? Again, her response is sorry. Fried rice is easy to cook. Lol, couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Not everyone was eating fried rice I responded. She just shrugged her shoulders in reply. I had to asked 5/6 times to speak to the manager before she went and got him. At 9:40 pm we only got one of the two noodles soup that we ordered. By 9:50 pm they brought out the second bowl of noodles and I lost my appetite at point. I had to asked for it to be packed up so I could go. UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!!!! Sad part is the staff/ servers there still doesn’t fully comprehend what they did wrong in the service that they provided. I felt bad for the owner (who’s also the manager that I spoke with). He didn’t realize how bad it was that they didn’t have basic customers...
Read moreDun go there, you w, I never ever felt that bad with such a bad service Chinese restaurant, I’ve ordered a food through app, they said order is ready, can pick up at anytime, I arrived there late for 10 minutes, it’s suppose all food is ready, right? Of course not, what happen was they even not feel sorry for the food late. And talking to me in really impolite way, they asked me is it skip dishes? I said no, then they said what is your order number, and then they said there’s no such order, I thought what, the record is on the app! Normally, they should check for my order, right? But they just go away for 15 minutes? What the heck is this restaurant? I asked them again, can you check my order, you won’t believe what they said, speak loudly I can’t hear you, I wanna say there’s not noisy in the restaurant, just 2 table of guests. Then I said again, they keep saying speak louder? Felt like, They just like wanna ignore me. And also asked me to write down the number, what’s the point of that? You should serve the customer, not me, you should write it down, not a customer. they seem like only just serve for food delivery services company like skip dishes/ Uber eat, etc. There’s a lot of order from food delivery services, I saw there a lot of delivery man keep went there pick up food. So if they dun wanna do business with self pick up customer, they should just ‘write down’ on the app, (we don’t serve self pick up customer, because they don’t get me good money then food delivery services. Read moreWent there to sit down for lunch... and sat there for an hour. No server. Even went to the front to order food since no one was coming by our table. Asked for it to go; was told it would take 20 minutes, took double that time and they didn’t let us know when our order was ready so it sat on the counter for awhile. The restaurant was empty aside from a few families who already had food... the (I assume) owner was sitting at the table in front of us, not looking our way and chatting with another family at the table beside us for that hour. Other families who came in after us were served before us too; and there were plenty of servers, some so bored they were standing around but somehow not seeing us... all of which ignored the (non-Asian) guests in the restaurant...? Another (black) man called for a server several times for similar issues and he went (I think deliberately) ignored (I want to hope I’m wrong on that but after reading other reviews it is apparently a factor). And when I got my order it didn’t even include several items (missing soup sides and even listed ingredients on the menu supposed to be in the noodles and rice). To top it off the chopsticks (which I had to ask for... not included in a to go bag) broke as soon as I opened them lol. First time going and definitely the last. Atrocious service; very disappointing cause I heard good things. Food was... okay. Not worth what I paid or how...
