Wendy's — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I just went through the drive-through at the establishment about fifteen minutes ago. The young lady at the drive-through told me my bill was $48.80. This seemed a tad bit high to me as it is an order I regularly get, and i've grown accustomed to the price of it. However, the thought quickly left my mind as I just assumed inflation. I got to the Window handed the lady a fifty dollar bill, and she gave me a dollar twenty in change. Once I got home, I checked my bill, and my bill said $44.80. I contacted them as I was concerned as I explicitly remember the lady telling me the price and thinking it was high at the intercom. I get the feeling that this was done purposely to pocket a few extra dollars, assuming I would not notice. Once I arrived at my brother's house, who was just down the street He shared that he has had similar issues in the past but just let it slide at the same location. My concern is how often this is happening and how much these people are taking from unsuspecting patrons. Another thing to note is I had to request my receipt as it was not provided with my order. Not only has the food Quality and customer service hit Rock bottom but now they use sippy cup lids and won't give you a straw. Completely unsanitary practice . They put their hands all over the lids and then refuse to give you a straw. Here is a extra bonus with your meal. A extra helping of the flu from me to you.

Person at the window wo looked like a supervisor had their finger on the hole directly where I'm supposed to drink from. I complained and made her change the lid. Then she handed me the drink with her finger on the lid again. When I said something again she proceeded to argue with me like I should be happy about it. She was ignorant and rude and proceeded to claim how she washes her hands and I should be happy to haveher finger in my mouth . She handles money and everything else everyone else had their hands on. Also running her hand over her hair infront of me.

Do not go to this location.

Trash service and sanitary issues . If you want the flu or dirty hands on every you eat and drink.

Edit:Place sure looks like a ghost town when I drive by now days. That's what happens when the quality of service and the food tanks. Will soon be the same fate as the Wendy's of old...

Worst experience from a staff named Mannat I placed a mobile order from my phone when I was inside, and waited for almost 15min. When I went to the front to check my order status, a person who seems to be the manager raised her voice to me and showed me her screen and yelled: see?! Your order is not here yet!!! I was like? What? How come I see my receipt with my order number sitting on the counter. I could not believe the poor customer service they offered to us. There was another lady who almost waited for 10min to order food because there was only one girl at front and she went outside to deliver food as well. I understand when they are short of staff and the store is busy, there might be some delay, but at least explain to us or show some respect. Finally I got my order after 20min of wait, and then forgot the juice box.. and treated my dine in order as take out. What a...
