Bartley's Dairy Bar — Restaurant in Woodstock

I went here on labour day weekend mid afternoon with the sun out and was truly disappointed for thr third time. Last year this place was bustling with customers lined up but this time was deserted. We ordered frozen yogurt and some hard ice cream and im very appalled at the serving size I got for the fro yo. For a whopping $6 I got like a child's serving. The hard ice cream we ordered was also not fresh and costed us $10 for 2 scoops which is totally at their discretion since they're charging by 100g. I've never seen this before. I will not be back again and I think the other reviews are being too nice. This place should have been packed on a perfect summer day but im guessing the prices are turning everyone away. I've been to large cities and small towns and never paid these ridiculous prices at a mom and pop ice...

Our 3-year-old daughter fell right into the dairy bar because there’s a large, unmarked ledge. I mentioned to the staff that it might help to have spray paint or signage to warn customers about the drop, but the two girls working (one with blonde/ginger hair and the other with brown hair) just stood there staring at us with no concern. When we continued to explain, they smirked instead of showing any care or compassion. Our daughter’s right hand is now badly hurt. This lack of empathy from staff was incredibly disappointing. We hope to speak directly with a manager about both the safety issue and the employees’ attitude. Sadly, we won’t be returning after such a mean-spirited lack...

Good ice cream (although expensive) but terrible customer service. While I was ordering just one sundae, I had to repeat myself multiple times because the dark brunette taking my order was distracted and talking to her peers beside her. No apology for the interruptions, no mannerisms whatsoever. If you're not ready to take an order, just politely advise the customer that you need a moment! And if there is an interruption during the ordering process, APOLOGIZE.. dont stand there with a grin acting like you weren't completely rude. Then when I received my sundae, it had whipped cream which I had politely declined while ordering. I wasn't surprised. Thankfully another employee...
