I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Mac D at the Walmart 03156 location in Waterloo. The first time, I clearly requested to replace the chicken burger with a hash brown, yet they still gave me a chicken burger. The next time, when I ordered a burger, they gave me the bun and hash brown separately. When I complained, the owner just put the hash brown in the middle of the bun in my hand and handed it back. Seriously?

And just today, I ordered a specific burger with clear instructions: add cheese, add tomatoes, add onions. Instead, they gave me the regular burger with a hash brown added, ignoring all my customization. This is unacceptable and shows a blatant lack of care for customer requests.

Do NOT get coffee on weekends. First time we told the staff both our coffees tasted and looked like hot water. Brought back both large coffees - all they did was pour another one out of the same pot into a cup and because it was dark said it was fine. They added cream again and boom, large, white, hot waters, not kidding. They did not offer a refund so we left and left the drinks with them. Came in again during the week, great coffee. Tasted and looked perfect. Just like the McCoffee we're used to. We by on the wknd again, SAME staff, SAME coffee. Never going to this location again. Not helpful, not consistent. This is honestly the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I do not know why I continue to go back. There is definitely a reason why this location only has 3 stars. This morning I went to get breakfast. It was at least 10 minutes before I received my order. ( I got two breakfast sandwiches and hash browns)There were NO egg's made, I saw bacon just being put on, hash browns were told to be put in and then the cook was making OTHER orders before mine when I came first as well was not wearing gloves.
