Why 1 star? In a short period of time, this was the 4th place trying to scam us. This is very sad. Total bill was 960. I gave 2200 and said, you can give me a 1000 back. Yes, I gave 20% tip and only had a large 2000 note, didn't have a 1000 note. Owner asked if an employee would go accross the street, to the 'chinesa'. I said I will follow her and just get the change outside. Owner then said it's OK, it's OK more than 10 times. I asked if she was going to the Chinese and owner kept saying its OK. We walked outside and waited. They had the 2000 note that needed to be changed. We waited and waited. They started cleaning other tables and other stuff. We ended going in again and ask. Kept waiting until they understood that we where not stupid. After the employee finally went over, gave me my 1000 and asked. It's OK? Think what you want. This was 4th place where we experienced something like that in santa Maria. No wonder people don't go back to certain shops and restaurants.

The service is fast and they are very friendly. They have 3 birds that give a lovely song and it really contributes to the nice atmosphere.

The food was nothing special. I ordered a vegetarian dish, and I got boiled vegetables and eggs. They were quite bland so i asked for a sauce to go with, and they gave me a piripiri sauce. This sauce was so flavourful and spicy, i Wish they sold bottles of it to take home.

All in all, it was a decent experience. The food is not too pricey. Unfortunately I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for vegetarians. However if you're not vegetarian, you should definitely give it a go! The other dishes looked very well prepared.

It is the CHEAPEST restaurant by far, but the food have the same awesome taste like at all the restaurants from here. It's just 2.5 times cheaper than everywhere else. Not a fancy restaurant, but a DELICIOUS restaurant, fish alway fresh, directly from the sea to the grill.
