Santa grelha/ Holly Grill — Restaurant in Sal

This is an excellent spot, located just behind the main high street away from the bustling town.

The food in here is great and cooked over an open fire grill. Strangely, its speciality is Peri Peri chicken and I can confirm it is excellent. If you’re after fish I would recommend anything from snapper to grouper as the whole fish is cooked over the grill.

It's hard to give ,5stars as the pork ribs I had were very dry and tough and hardly any meat on them. We had a lovley meal last night, prices was fair, house wine really good. Very clean and friendly service. They put anti mosquito coils out too, that was a bonus.
