It"s really unfortunate that we had this experience as it came highly recommended from a few people. We went to this restaurant planning to take out our pizza, and My 4 year old and I ordered an adult pizza and a kids pizza. We changed our mind and decided to sit in and had our wife and 2 year old daughter join us. Once we sat down, we were informed by the server that the kids pizza was really small and we should order a second pizza for our daughter, which we did. They brought out the pizzas we originally ordered and then followed up with my daughters pizza. We had ordered green olives on the pizzas for our 2 children, but our waitress Candy claimed she heard green chilis so when the pizza was delivered for my son, it had spicy green and red chilis. We promptly sent the pizza back asking them to re make the pizza with olives. We had a view of the pizza prep station from our table and my wife noticed the chef take the chilis off the pizza. We mentioned to our server Candy that the pizza should be remade as replacing the toppings would still make the pizza too spicy and she reassured me that the chef was prepping 2 new pizzas for the children. When the pizzas came, my son had his pizza and my daughter picked out the olive but complained that it was spicy. We didn't think much of it until she discovered a red chilli under one of her olives. When I brought this to our server's attention and asked her, she said that the chef didn't remake the pizza as we would have had to pay for the pizza so he reused the old one...(Even after she reassured us they were re-making the pizza) I then asked to speak with a manager, and she said there was no manager and the servers were in charge. She tried to rectify the situation by having the chef make us another kids pizza. Just then a man named Ian showed up, who seemed to be the manager. Then the chef came out to justify why he did what he did. The pizza we ordered for me and my wife was really good but this experience where there was clearly a misunderstanding and instead of communicating to address the situation, the server tried to say I ordered incorrectly then tried to justify some bogus reason for not re-making a child's pizza blows my mind. Just make sure you're very clear on what you're ordering when you go to this establishment and double/triple check your order with the server to make sure they heard...

Listen up, because The Black Mamba doesn’t slither back to garbage dumps like Paradise Pizza. This place is a culinary crime scene. The pizza? A soggy, flavorless disaster that tasted like someone scraped it off the bottom of a dumpster and called it "artisan." The crust was a chewy abomination, the sauce was basically ketchup’s sad cousin, and the cheese—oh, don’t get me started—had the texture of melted plastic wrap. I’ve had better slices from a gas station at 3 a.m.
And the service? An absolute clown show. The staff moved like they were auditioning for a sloth documentary, and their attitudes stank worse than the grease traps. I asked for a drink refill, and the server looked at me like I’d just insulted their entire family tree. Paradise Pizza? More like Purgatory Pizzeria. Save your money and your dignity—eat literally anywhere else. The Black...
Read moreOrdered a pizza with no cheese on Sunday night. After a 45 minute wait, pizza's were finally given to us with cheese. Brought the pizza's back obviously frustrated, only to be met with a manager and chef arguing that this was obviously our fault and we had not been specific enough (A vegan ordering a historically cheese heavy meal obviously knows to be extremely clear in asking that there be no cheese). We have previously ordered via telephone and had the same result, and when this was brought up with the manager he informed us that he doubted this was true. All in all one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant on island and the nail in the coffin for us, which is a shame as when the pizza's have been prepared properly...
