I cannot say enough good things about this place! We came here with our 6 month old and immediately the staff were amazingly accommodating and welcoming. Mind you this is an upscale restaurant but they were still so kind and accommodating! Our waitress, Dani, was so sweet and helpful. Our 6 month old started getting fussy and we knew we were going to have to leave soon. Dani several times said it is okay, we get kids in here all the time, please feel free to stay. We felt bad seeing how it was a really nice restaurant so we asked just to get our drinks there but have our food to go. They brought us our drinks which were delicious, I had the Cayman Lemonade and my wife a glass of wine. Our child liked chewing on the straw and we asked Dani is we could get another one, she brought us five more for the road. She also brought us some bread while we waited for our food. She was so sweet and brought us our food quickly and our bill so we could get our baby back to the hotel. I had the mushroom ravioli and my wife had the gnocchi both of which were excellent. definitely the best meal we have had on the island and one of the best experiences we have had at a restaurant. Thank you, Dani and we...
Read moreOutstanding restaurant with fast, efficient and very knowledgable staff. It was our last night in Grand Cayman so we decided to splurge (being from Canada we really take a hit on our dollar). We are so glad we splurged at Ragazzi!
Our server was a highlight of our dining experience (the young lady originally from South Africa). She gave great recommendations on what to order and was spot on. She does a fine job representing the restaurant.
The caesar salad was very fresh and not heavy on the dressing.
My husband ordered the penne with lobster and it had lots of large chunks of lobster meat. Very delicious.
I ordered the linguine with shrimp, scallops and lobster and asked for no mussels- not a problem. It was the tastiest seafood pasta I have had in a long time.
For dessert my husband had the chocolate mousse cake that was light and moist. I had the warm apple strudel and liked it much more than strudels I had in Germany and Austria. What a great last dinner in...
Read moreMy recent visit to Ragazzi in the Cayman Islands was a delightful experience that left me eager to return. From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening. The decor is a perfect blend of casual elegance, with an authentic Italian vibe that immediately transports you. The menu offers a diverse selection of Italian dishes, from classic pastas to wood-fired pizzas. I started with the Burrata, which was creamy and fresh, paired beautifully with the roasted tomatoes and peaches. The wine list is extensive, featuring a range of Italian and international selections. Service throughout the evening was attentive but not intrusive, with staff being friendly and professional. Overall, Ragazzi offers a fantastic dining experience that is well worth a visit if you’re in the Cayman Islands. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends, Ragazzi delivers both quality food and a...
