Visited V2O on an early Friday evening although it was a little quiet early on there was a friendly warm Mediterranean atmosphere made better by the efficient welcoming staff. We started with a Spanish sparkling wine, it was happy hour and good value, for our food my wife opted for the “restaurant month menu” 40KYD great value for money. I started with Canadian oysters again part of happy hour. We moved on to a bottle of Gruner veltliner from Austria a fresh a food friendly fresh wine which stood up well with the cheviche and tuna/wahoo rolls. We moved on to a red the spectacular 2017 Volnay premier cru, clo des angles with this we decided on a mixed cheese board from Spain, Italy and England. This is where we marked the food down choosing three English cheeses in our selection the Sage Derby and “5” year old cheddar were poor the Stilton ok next time we will go 100% Spanish and Italian. We finished off with a glass of truffle hunter red from Italy nice. A nice evening was had here V2O a great addition to Grand Cayman’s food and drink scene. We totally recommend this wine bar for that romantic evening, meeting with friends or just chilling with a glass or two and some nibbles. We shall return thank you V2O. 🍾🍷

This was the best meal and service we had the whole week on the island!!!! Liz was the sweetest and made us feel so welcome! I had a sparkling wine flight called the House of Bubbles and she told me about each wine in the flight. They were all delicious! We had delicious oysters and oyster shooters. Get the popcorn and spicy edamame - great apps! All of our sushi rolls were awesome! We’ll for sure be back next time we’re on the island!

Great new wine bar with a food menu of small snacks, meat and cheese plates and seafood. They have a separate little oyster menu as well. Great for a few glasses of wine and a snack. The bartenders are super friendly and take great care in helping you decide on a wine. Lots of seating options as well depending on your mood!

If you’re in search of a cozy, intimate dinner, a fun and lively night out with friends, or simply a delightful and memorable meal, make sure to check out Vines to Ocean. The ambiance is not only cozy but also inviting, creating the perfect setting for any occasion. The staff here are nothing short of exceptional—they are professional, highly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt like regulars, as if we had been frequenting the place for years. The level of service we experienced was unparalleled, setting a new standard for dining.

Now, let's talk about the food. The oysters were, without a doubt, the freshest we've ever had the pleasure of tasting. The variety of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments available appeared to be limitless. The sushi, the offerings were fresh, expertly prepared, and bursting with delightful flavors.Their quality and flavor were unmatched, leaving a lasting impression on our taste buds. If you happen to visit when they have Tropical Tricia’s Pepper Jam on offer, consider yourself fortunate, because you’re in for an extraordinary treat that you won't soon forget. We dined there twice during our trip, not because we couldn’t find other highly-rated options, but because the thought of missing out on this incredible experience one more time before we left was simply unbearable.

Make sure to give Vines 2 Ocean a try. Engage with the warm and welcoming staff as well as the other friendly guests. Take the time to savor the entire experience, from the atmosphere to the exquisite food. And of course, don’t forget to try the pepper jelly—it’s a...
