Lo que más quiero — Restaurant in Concepcion

My husband and I were visiting Concepcion from the US, and we found this restaurant on Google. Loved it! The atmosphere was intimate and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I speak no Spanish, but between my husband’s Spanish and the waiters’ English, we understood each other just fine and had a lovely evening. The food was delicious, and the raspberry and cream dessert will be something I will try to duplicate...

That´s such a beautiful place! it has its decoration based in poetry... some figures, paints, etc that makes the place very charming. The attention is very good, actually above the Chilean average. The food is very good.

Me pareció un lugar muy acogedor y marcado por la excelente atención de los garzón es, felicitaciones!!! Partí, como es usual, con un pisco sour que para ser críticos, no estaba muy rico porque usan limón sutil directo en la licuadora y así siempre es probable que te quede con un amargo pasado. Me parece que le faltó pisco también, pero es cuestión de gustos!! Me trajeron pancito calientito y ají verde macerado en oliva y limón, estaban exquisitos!! Le siguió un sándwich que se llama "te pillamos Chanchito" y que contiene carne de cerdo, palta, tomate, mayonesacasera y chucrut morado, una mezcla que le dio un sabor inigualable, sumado a la crocancia de un pan ciabatta!! Creo que el único detalle es que la mayonesa era muy poquito, el resto anduvo impecable. Me trajeron una pasta de Cacho de cabra que estaba realmente de otro planeta, maravillosa, deberían venderla!! Me parece un restaurante algo caro pero finalmente lo vale. Creo que la deuda más importante es no estar a la altura con el disco sour porque en Chile eso es un crimen!! (hay muchos lugares con sour increíble y aquí hay potencial, sólo hay que cambiar la receta!!). Recomiendo con seguridad este lugar!! Sin duda volveré a probar su carta,...
