We visited this restaurant on January 11, but to our surprise, it was closed. There was no mention of this on Google Maps or their website. After calling and texting, we finally received a reply stating that they would be closed until January 13. On that day, we messaged to make a reservation for January 14, but received a response saying the restaurant would be closed. This situation seems very strange and annoying to say the least. If this were in Korea, they would likely be out of business by now. Is it really so difficult to update the website, Google Maps, and social media to inform customers about closures, so they don't arrive only to find the restaurant closed and have their...
Read moreI’m a korean food big fan and it’s the first time I come to have dinner at Gaon. To be frank, it’s very disappointed experience for me… First of all, when we went in the restaurant, there’s no one to greet us at the door while the restaurant wasn’t full of customers at that time. Secondly, when we ask for more Kimchi (just a little bit kimchi we’ve been given), the waiter told us that we could only refill once, if we wanted more, they needed to charge for it, which’s really strange for me, because it’s something that usually can be refill without limit.
Me gustó?
No,...
