Open Bar — Restaurant in Las Condes

This is one of the first places we tried one year ago and the one we like to return to, if we can, once a week. Their Aperol Spritz is always good, and I absolutely love the "quesadillas de camarón", the flat bread is so light and the prawns are big and juicy. I always ask to not add the onions, and instead of onions they add mushrooms. The food was good for the price, and the portion were generous, we eat the lunch special which include a salad. It was a good service and the people that work there was very warm and helpful. I personally would like a more clean tables, understanding that this is a popular place if they couldn't keep up with keeping tables clean maybe a paper mat to avoid the sticky surface will be an add to those like me and my mom like to keep the silver in a plate or mat but not in direct contact with a surface that hasn't been...

No atienden mal, atienden PÉSIMO… fui el día lunes 08/01 a las 8pm, nos sentamos en la zona del medio donde habían 2 garzones, nos atendió el más alto. Llegamos le pedimos la clave de wifi y nos dice “nosotros no compartimos la clave de wifi”, le insistimos y “fue a consultar con su jefe” volvió y nos la dio finalmente, luego le preguntamos cuál era la especialidad o algo que nos pudiese recomendar él, nos responde “todo lo qué hay en la carta”. Le pedimos los bebestibles, no nos trajo nunca una coca cola por lo que tuvimos que ir a buscarla al bar luego de 15 minutos, le pedí un agua tónica y me trajo una ginger y para cambiarla tuvimos que casi gritarle porque estando a menos de un metro de distancia, nos ignoraba, nos tuvimos que parar a hablarle porque no nos quería atender. Le pedimos la comida, primero llegaron 2 platos, a los 20 minutos llegó el 3ro y luego de otros 15 minutos llego el 4to, unas papa fritas… dejaba uno y nos preguntaba si le faltaba algo más… para no creer, porque cada vez era peor.

Toda la experiencia se basó en lo mal que atendía el garzon, íbamos con toda la intención de pasarlo bien, relajarnos dps del trabajo y fue todo lo contrario, no puede ser que porque el ande en un mal día o derechamente no comprenda que el trabajo de él es de Servicio, Hospitalidad, nos arruine una comida.

Dejamos la propina, porque detrás de él hay barmans, gente de cocina y aseo, que no se tienen por que ver afectados por culpa de una persona.
