Burger King Hernando de Aguirre — Restaurant in Providencia

We all know Burger King: love it or hate it. This particular location has a lot going for it: it is conveniently located near the Costanera Center and it is especially close to the Mercado Urbano Tobalaba, which makes it a very convenient place where to eat for a much lower price than the surroundings alternatives. It is full of natural light and the tables, both inside and outside, are not cramped or too close to one another. The decor is fun, but this restaurant hasn't (yet?) adopted the new "retro look" of many Burger King, and, while still very recognizable, it feels a bit "off brand" (which, depending on your taste can be either a good or bad thing!). It is very colorful, there are a lot of burger themed murals and even the neon lights on the ceiling are shaped like french fries. The only downside is that the restaurant seems to be chronically understaffed and while service is very kind and professional, it is also slower than in most other...

Le he intentado dar la oportunidad varias veces, pero cada vez que he ido mi experiencia por lo menos a la hora de comer ha sido bastante mala. Recuerdo la calidad de productos que Burger King ofrecía en el pasado, demostrando una superioridad notoria ante su competidor más grande, diferenciándose con ricas hamburguesas de parrilla, con buenos ingredientes y de buen tamaño y sabor. Pero ahora todo lo contrario, hamburguesas cada vez más secas, papas fritas incomible y una atención sumamente lenta. Al encargado del local le debería importar más la competencia que tiene al frente ya que ofrecen productos de mayor calidad a un precio similar y con menores tiempos de espera. La verdad me cuesta entender cómo después de tanto tiempo siguen abiertos ya que de ninguna manera tienen aptitudes para competir en el sector. Creo que no han sabido sacarle provecho al mejor terreno y local en temas de infraestructura que posee el barrio.
