Liguria offers an authentic taste of Chilean cuisine cooked to absolute perfection. I had the incredible traditional chicken stew, with tender chicken, served with rice and papas fritas. The wait staff were attentive, always making sure we were taken care of.
The atmosphere is wonderfully cozy and the art and decor make you feel like you are in 1965. You could linger here for hours with friends enjoying exceptional Chilean wine and the warmth of this place.
Be sure to ask the waiters about the story of the two brothers who opened this bistro. You'll find they have poured their love of Chilean culture and cuisine into every detail of Liguria.

Besides that, the waiter who served me gave the preferences for the table with more people, since I was alone, and because of that, the service...

But for me, the worse thing is being dishonest in the menu and not displaying the dish's components truthfully. I ordered a ceviche and receive a vinegar soup with vinagrete upon asking, I confirmed that was the right dish. OK then.
Considering Liguria's price tag, makes everything worse. 41000 CLP for something that's uttermostly disgusting isn't reasonable.
Definitely that was my worse meal since I came to Santiago, almost...
