Pizzeria Alleria — Restaurant in Providencia

With all the hype on the web, I decided to give it a try. I had pizza my buddy had pasta “fresca”. I was deeply disappointed in general. The place may have taken the name from the trattoria on Viale Colli Aminei but that is all to no good. While the pizza “napolitana” was good (the dough that is), it certainly is not better than the one at Espacio Rossi in Cartagena square and certainly NOT better than Giardino Malandrino’s on Cerro Alegre. In fact the street vendors across from the museo Capodimonte make better pizza Napolitana. If you really want great pizza (no surnames), keep walking to Larrain and Tobalaba, Pizza Roma is great. As for the pasta dish my buddy ordered, it was the greatest italian mondongo, glued together with cheap cheese, totally bland and certainly not that fresh. Not the place for pasta. The service? Amazing place. We went for Gnocchis (like every 29th) and taste one of the best Italian dishes ever. Really tasteful, well prepared and a deep focus in the presentation.

I hope the place flourish, the tables are a bit uncomfortable, and understandably the service was a bit slow because was full packed.

It doesn't have alcoholic beverages, it's a shame but not at all a deal breaker.

Because the majority of the tables is outside, there's a lot of street artists and sadly, it ruins the experience a bit.

They promte to be the best 50 pizza in world but they are 58...but pizza was burned for price off pizza 24e ...sorry it wasnt worth it.. and really flavors on pizza are ok but it lost taste because it was burnt ...i am sorry for that amound of money pizza needs to be perfect...also we live near italy and we go to italy like 3 times per month and the price for 2 canelloni 18 e is absurd ...ahhaha in italy in roma or sicily u get the best one for 4e. So overoll i was disapointmen and i wouldnt recommend...
